Government telecom company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) is preparing to strengthen its 4G network. For this, the company can impose one lakh additional towers. Earlier this month, BSNL completed the work of setting up one lakh 4G towers across the country.

A media Report The Telecom Department (DOT) will soon sought approval from the Union Cabinet for the expansion of BSNL’s 4G services in BSNL’s 4G services. He said, “After installing one lakh towers with Swedashi Equipment, we will contact the Union Cabinet and Prime Minister Narendra Modi to seek the approval of an additional one lakh towers.” BSNL plans to increase equipment for 4G and 5G networks.

This government telecom company is also considering monetting its assets to increase cash flow. On the problems faced by BSNL’s 4G network, Pemmasani said that the company has used equipment made in the country and the problems faced in it will be corrected soon. BSNL has sought suggestions from public on the title for its 5G services. In the fourth quarter of the last financial year, BSNL recorded a net profit of about Rs 280 crore. This is the first time after 18 years when the company has acquired profit in two consecutive quarters. The company has helped to increase the revenue in the mobile segment with 4G service.

However, in the last financial year, this government telecom company has lost about Rs 2,247 crore. It is 58 percent less than the company’s loss of about Rs 5,370 crore in the last financial year. BSNL has done its highest capital experience in the last financial year. The company’s Ebitda margin has also increased. In the last financial year, the company’s operating revenue increased by about 7.8 percent to about Rs 20,841 crore. It was about Rs 19,330 crore in the last year. The company’s interconnect usage charge (IUC) has increased by six percent to about Rs 7,499 crore from the mobility services.
